He will be only posting direct to USA as there isn't a lot of margin and the dealer will have to pay import duties. The kits are light so post shouldn't be a lot. Simon will be expanding his range so keep an eye on his web. we spoke last night and he is going to do more for my town on Lincoln mk2

the thoughts there but you don't get extra room at exhibitions to be setting up a loop of track

Does anyone have or have used a Marklin Rolling Road? Reason I ask, when I do exhibitions my locos always benefit from 5 mins warm up before adding to a train, so a rolling road might be good

if we left it to MTL, we would be waiting for years for new items to come out. OK so 60' box cars are not everyone's cup of T, but come on guys without AZL where would Z scale be? If you don't like what ALL does go and set up your own manufacturing/design for Z scale and see what it costs. Good job as always AZL, keep up the good work.

I feel AZL should continue developing stock and locos, leave the track, buildings ect to the guys who already do this .on the subject of switches(points) 7 and 8 are just too big for most, and would not be a good product for the manufacture

we did this a lot in the UK before dcc and I will be doing it for my new z layout as its dc. one dpdt switch per section, both controller go into one switch, one top, one bottom, with one out to the track.it's the only safe way to do it, never put 2 controllers on the same track without a dpdt switch dawdawes.com

A quick answer My new exhibition layout Lincoln has been laid with Rokuhan and I find the rail joiners very good. Also the sections for cab control I use the isolating fishplates, they keep everything aligned.I also use micro screws as they hold my track better when transporting it . www.dawdawes.com

I can see everyone's points, but in this day and age if I can save money on track I will.(New layout has 18 points,£720,list,-30% = £490 no brainer) if the track we use was more readily available and cheaper in the first place I would purchase in the UK, i still buy small amounts of straight or curved track in the UK if it's small amounts but not big orders.

Don't buy my Rokuhan in Europe it's too expensive,£40 for a point, when Plaza Japan sells them for £18, even If I get caught for import I still save at least 30%, ok so you have to wait between 10 and 21 days but the savings are mega
