Those containers look great. Now, if we only had something to put behind those E8's (and the F3's)

4 BIG drivers, traction tire (all the way across the tread please, not that narrow band that makes the locos wobble). 2 lead pilot axles, tracks much better. Big boiler for weight over the drivers.
Label it any way you want, if it pulls a minimum 20 metal wheeled cars. I'd settle for 15 cars but with that big of a loco, it should be pulling more.
Dreams do come true.
See ya in a few weeks !

Since the F3's are starting to come out, references for adding details, weathering or scenes. Starting with the Santa Fe's. Then ATSF Historical Society has some references: www.atsfrr.net/resources/funits/www.atsfrr.net/resources/funits/f3-pas.htmTheir quarterly magazine has a *lot* of color images in them and back issues are available for purchase. I am looking for the F3's in color, like the FT's are in this quarter's issue.

Besides the Sanda Kan issue, MTL ran out of their 1st bulk buy so had the same added cost issue. In this this case, just 2 strikes and they're out !

You can also contact João in Portugal. He posts on TrainBoard as is just as good, as you will see in his posts. Both can be variable in delivery time. Sometimes a few weeks, sometimes a few months (for items that they already show, not new custom designs which take longer). Very sharply painted details.

I rode from that station, many times, including across the US.

NICE ! At Portland, we may have the BFY (Big Friggin Yard). It will have a LOT of UP on it, along with BNSF/SF plus SP and WP lines.
Yeow, the locomotives keep getting bigger. I can now leave my brass C-44 in the Engine yard to properly scale the GP7's.

OMG ! Parts of parts! Traction tire is a plus, but just a single geared axle would be great. A bit rough to buy the whole truck for just an axle.

Dave, thanks for posing that over our BAZ BoyZ sign I have the same set but we don't have a long enough straight to pose it. It looks great running on mine (we have all 15-18" curves so it's no problem to run). Jeff

Limited railroads. But if built around the Mountain class, it could be varied.
I would take any larger steam then the Pacific/Mikados. Can't run a Challenger or Big Boy 'everyday' not on basic radius track (195-220). Running on larger 240-270mm Rokuhan or better, flex. long trains with big steam up front.
