Customer Workshop Freight Car In September we will invite our customers to select AZL Freight Car No. 35. Think this will be a great way to get involved in the development of a project from scratch to completion. The workshop project will be posted to our main web page, not the forum. 1. Most votes will be selected 2. 6 most popular road names / paint schemes will be part of 1st run 3. 6 exclusive road numbers decided by customers for each road name 4. Follow the development on the AZL web page 5. Fixed pre order price only from AZL Direct 6. Exclusive Packaging This is a cool idea. Can't wait to see what *we* come up with.

I spy ROCK ISLAND, but I didn't notice it in the posted list of road-names. We never said is was a complete list of everything planned! Well the list does start off with the statement "Here are some of the road names we will produce:" And they showed two of them - The Alaska and UP. I'm excited that with these new lightweights, I can complement the MTL (4 body styles only) cars with new observation, diners, rpo, and two different sleepers to make longer and varied passenger trains. Plus the differences in AZL styling mixed with MTL styling. For example, the differences in the AZL dome and the MTL dome will add even more variety to passenger trains. Also noticed that the SP is silver with the red stripe/road name on the top. Will definitely fit in with the MTL cars

I really like the NYC smooth sides!
I hope the colors match (or at least coordinate with) MTL
Thanks for making my day...

Any chance the new 611 will have a sound card? Sure, if you put it in yourself.

Safe to say, we would offer our new lightweights as single pieces and where it makes sense, we will offer sets.
