I see three GP30's that I need. I'm liking that BN 2212, that rotary beacon is a nice touch.

Agreed the BN GP30 looks sweet would love to make the beacon functional. Thanks for posting pictures for us folks that couldn't make it. Have fun

I am putting updates out on the Zteack Facebook page. In addition to the GP30 photo, there may be some other photos that you will find interesting. 😀 www.facebook.com/ztrackmagazine/Sorry first photos are a little dark to the low lighting. The better lights will be on tomorrow for the show. Rob Oh and Dave the beacon does connect to the light tube.

From AZL News, "Also coming back is the BNSF SD75i in heritage 2 colors. New to the line will be ATSF, SP, NS (flared radiators), CSX (dark future), CSX in gray (not shown) and Susquehanna."
Nice!
I'm looking forward to the ATSF SD75i's, in particular. Can you tell us what the ATSF road numbers will be?

I see one of each on your display shelves. Were are the ES 44 AC ?

Those are the 'M's. The AZL news says 'I's, which I believe are actually BNSF but in the classic ATSF warbonnet scheme.

Just saw the Amfleets in one of your pictures (These ARE Amfleets, right? A bit hard to decifer). First reaction: Wow, I have been longing for them so long. Second reaction: Darn, these are Amfleet II cars, too new for me... Any reason you chose them over the much more numerous Amfleets I?
Greetings, Oliver

That "news" page you are quoting is from 2013: "2013 National Train Show News - Monday, July 29, 2013" and evidenced in the hyperlink: LINK: www.americanzline.com/azl-news/2013-national-train-show-news/

Dave, the only I are the first release. Hans said the molds for the isolation cab are missing. Thanks. Whoops. The "I's" caught me eye. I just assumed the news on the AZL site was the most current for the recent Indy show. Never mind. I'll shut up and just be happy with my ATSF M's.

No wonder Hans didn't show up for the convention. Not much of new announcement. I don't even see the ES44. The only thing new I see are the Horizon cars.

As AZL spills the beans on this forum of upcoming releases, there isn't much that we didn't know was coming. Good to see all the SD70aces, GP30s, P42s, and Superliners. I had hopes that F7s were coming soon, or perhaps a pacific would be announced.
There seemed to be a lack in all scales of any major new anouncements, nothing that would make me jump scales. The Fox Valley SP GP60s are the only thing that caught my eye. I had hopes that MTL would have a new Z body style or Atlas would announce turnouts for their flex, but no luck there.

The timing of the NTS this year did not fit well with my schedule. I plan on being in Florida next year when the show is in Orlando August 4 - 6. We did show brand new items this year: 2 x Amtrak Amfleet passenger cars and 1 x Amtrak Viewliner passenger car. We will make a new product announcement later this year, but felt the NTS was wrong simply because we did not have samples. As usual we have quite a few products in various stages of development

Hans, it's the ES44 delayed again. I don't even see a prototype in the pictures.
