I'm working on another f59 and passenger set in the daylight colors. I have the first passenger car painted but not the others. I wanted to see how it turned out and so far I really like it.

I like this passenger car better than the heavyweights. "Daylight" always seemed to mean "streamliner" to me (and mostly for SP as well) and the heavyweights don't quite look the part. Your specific design suits the car well.

Your specific design suits the car well. I agree with Mark, Aaron, and it is an interesting new use of a very nice train package by AZL. You can count me in for one train. Best, Sven

Thank you Mark and Sven. The heavyweights were just something I wanted for myself. I prefer streamliners over heavyweights but I had a set of heavyweights and thought what the heck, let's try it.
I really like how this set came out. To be honest I'm surprised how well it looks. I'm still debating on whether I want to put silver or white stripes or if I want any stripes. I'm open to suggestions.

I think you need to go with the white stripes, silver would get lost in the orange.

I think I'll stick with the white stripes. I may see if I can't narrow them down just a little more. Thanks for all the input.

Aaron send a set to me. Here a few pictures showing the final outcome. Good work, Aaron. Thank you for sharing! All the best, Sven

I LOVE the daylight fantasy schemes!
Makes me want to do some Santa Fe fantasy units.

Rob if you do that, do one in regular warbonnet I.e. small letters, and one in Superfleet as it is more modern.
The Daylight looks good though!
