Not sure what you are referencing...can't tell for sure but it looks like the horn is missing?

That’s what I see too. I have 3 of these and never really noticed until now. These were produced many years ago. They may have been already addressed about this issue on the forum and I missed it. Just making sure I wasn’t blind yet. lol

Did you get them from the Black Friday sale a few years back? That may be why...seems some of the AZL BF stuff is "scratch & dent" from the Island of Misfit Toys. The ACF hoppers from 2-3 years ago had about 90% broken couplers when I got them. So, missing horns wouldn't surprise me. I got two of those C&O's but I don't recall if there are horns on them...I already resold one and the other one is in pieces right now.

I wonder if they had horns located in a different area...maybe on the side? I do notice that at least some of the Geeps in the sale have horns. Good news, it's an easy enough fix. Actually, if you look closely, you can see the horns on the UP and PRR near the dynamic break fans.

I have a C&O GP7 that I bought singly full price a few years ago, and it does not have horns or have anywhere obvious where they would be mounted. The box contained a couple of yellow pilots as the only accessories.

After reading this thread I had to go check mine. The C & O I bought several years ago doesn't have a horn and the 2 that I bought in this years BF sale don't have them either. Is this the way C & O GP7's are supposed to look like?
The BF GP7's have railing issues...

Is this the way C & O GP7's are supposed to look like? The BF GP7's have railing issues... Have not heard the term "railing issues" ? I passed on these, maybe it is a good thing. In the year or so I have been in Z, I have had several issues with various locomotives, some of which have been "scrapped" so a little gun shy to buy any more. |

I bought the MILW units 3 weeks ago, and they arrived in perfect condition. I also got the 2 dynamic brake equiped units when they were first released. They also came in perfect condition. All had their horns.
