Yes, I agree, having the 89’ flatcars available separately would be the best idea, otherwise as originally proposed in 3-car sets with trash containers.

I have just seen on Virtual Railfan at Ashland, Virginia a CSX train with trash containers. The first flatcars were mainly black, some dark brown with darkish green containers and USWX markings. Then, after a mixture of other freight cars, at the rear of the train were light brown flatcars with orange containers. I would be happy to buy sets of both types.
