There aren't re-releases. All are new to the line. We have never offered B&O and CN RPOs and Observation coaches. Same is true for the C&O GP30. We have offered CSX GP38-2s in the past, but not in this paint scheme.

And here I thought we would get sonething viable to go with the via p42, not these old re-releases Regarding VIA: We do have plans to release some items in VIA colors, but they are not yet in production. VIA is a railroad that we have been looking forward to producing in Z scale for a long time. It is not until recently that we had the tooling to make much in the VIA roster. We hope that when you see what we have been working on that you will be pleasantly surprised. I estimate that our first VIA item will be released in the Fall of 2017, but that is a best guess at this point in time. Dates can change due to circumstances beyond our control. Best, -Rob(A) AZL PS: As Rob Kluz mentioned - the other items release this month are not re-releases. We have never made any of them before.

If my research is correct, there is a misprint in this release. The B&O observation car was named Magdala, not Magadala. Someone put an extra "a" in there. I hope this can be corrected, since I would like to complete my B&O set with the correct observation.

If my research is correct, there is a misprint in this release. The B&O observation car was named Magdala, not Magadala. Someone put an extra "a" in there. I hope this can be corrected, since I would like to complete my B&O set with the correct observation. I'm sorry to say but I have some bad news: you are correct. I just looked into it and yes, there indeed is a typo. Somehow this slipped in right before production and nobody caught it. Our apologies. All I can say is that we are a two-man company that produces hundreds of models per year. This occasionally happens, although to the best of my knowledge, this is only the third time in our decade plus history. There were less than 50 B&O observation cars made. All of them with the same mis-spelled name. Since they have all been produced there is no easy way to correct the problem now. From a positive point of view: they will be collectors items. From a negative point of view: there is no way to complete the B&O series with 100% accuracy, and that saddens me given how much effort went into producing the line. 50 cars is simply too small an order to re-open the production line, so it looks like we are stuck with them. Hopefully the B&O Observation car will satisfy the majority of our clients with 99% accuracy. We strive for perfection, but it is a difficult goal to achieve. Normally I would say that we will fix it with our next release of heavyweights, but we do not have plans to produce any more of the Heavyweight cars in the future. I will not say "never" because one never knows exactly what the future has in store - that is the domain of religion - but as far as our heavyweight cars go, we have no plans to produce them any more. The next few road names released will probably be the end. That being said, we still have some tremendously exciting road names that will be released in the coming months ahead, so please stay tuned. With appreciation for your support, -Rob(A) AZL

Rob, I thank you for your detailed and yet cogent reply to my post about the B&O observation. Considering the two-man operation involved, I think your track record is excellent. I will be purchasing the car, even with the error. I understand the difficulties in producing small runs, and I also hope it does indeed become a collector's item. Please keep those releases coming!
