What's wrong with this KCS scheme? Seems to me to be perfect on the opposite.... Dom

You know, we can arrange a gift registry for the wedding... just saying... Rob Rob, That really made me LOL. I agree that might be the only way I could get an MKT right now. Maybe I can also have a baby shower for my baby. (aka "my layout")

You left a huge detail off the chessie gp30s. The nose shouldn't be all Orange on top. There should be a dark blue anti glare panel. That's a pretty major oversight in my opinion. Yup - you're right - we messed up on that one. It wasn't direct criticism but merely great surprise that detail was left off.

This is a very nice release with lots of different and beautiful stuff.
CP had 2 GP30.
Original numbers 8200 and 8201 in Maroon an grey in 1963. Repainted in red with CP Rail scheme in 1965 and renumbered 5000 and 5001.
I sure hope CP is in the plan.
Thank you

We will try to get it right in the future. Is there any chance for providing decals to cover the hood centrally by AZL? I think it is hard getting these in a small number in the right color and size. I really wouldn't care if they'd cost a reasonable amount, it's really just thinkin' of the effort getting two of these which would actually fit custom manufactured via the web .

We can point out minor mistakes . I was glad to see the Chessie loco ,I made the same mistake you guys did until ams pointed it out.

Hi, It was actually my mistake. We were in process of correcting another "major" mistake and that made me forget the blue antiglare. I think we would post specific questions to the Forum if we were seriously stuck in our product research. But showing our products before production would be very time consuming. A pre production product is almost always "flawed". I am afraid that a "flawed" pre production sample would create havoc on the AZLForum. Only rarely do we ask for a second pre production sample since most mistakes can be corrected by email. We truly welcome help and I will keep in mind to use the forum more. We should also stipulate when we use pre production prototypes for ad materials. Sincerely, Hans (AZL)

I've got the first 2 UP SD70ACe heritage units but evidently have missed the Katy.
Does anyone have an idea where I can get one?
Thanks
Rory

I'm sorry I can't help you with where to get a Katy. I was admiring mine yesterday. It's a real eye-catcher in the red scheme. As popular as the UP commemoratives have been in general, I figured the Katy would go really fast.
Good luck in your search.
