Even 5 is too much for a modeler. I would buy 2 for $100,- But if you want to encourage more modelers to start kitbashing and custom painting, you should just sell undecs for a nice price each.

Gerd... we will be happy to sell you 5 GP38-2s for $499.00.... and 5 SD70s for $699.00.  This is the deal... buy more... save more. Hey it is a special! And to answer a few questions, yes these come with trucks and motors... fully assembled and ready to run. They are undecorated only. We do know 10 may be too many for most... but here is a thought. This is a very good chance to network with fellow Z scalers and share the package. I am sure others will be happy to go in with you to share the cost. I can see folks using them for painting projects... or even using them for parts at this price. Start right here on the thread. Put it out there and see who will go in with you. Rob |

I have to agree with Gerd, I would be willing to buy a 5 pack of the GP38-2 un-decs for say $249 or even $299 and maybe a 5 pack of SD70 for around $400, but getting 10... and/or trying to go in with another Z-scaler to share the deal just would not work for me! I don't believe there is another Z-scaler within 50 miles and I really don't want to get into the "you picked all the best runners and sent me the rest" kind of situation with shipping to and fro...

Chris that depends on the demand. We are starting to move through the SD70s. We are still good on the GP38-2s for now.

Do the trucks come in different colors Black, silver, or gray. Not looking at painting just buying a backup chassis
