Since the water is made exactly the same way on all modules, combining modules at the water edge becomes possible...... Here the second module as an example! Best,Sven (same water, different light.....note the birds in the sky)

Watch out for the details on a layout !!! Each detail tells an individual story, not the "Big Picture" - to be continued - Best, Sven

Sven, good time your layout has perpetually fair skies. In real life, one year's worth of beach erosion & your tracks so close to the sand would have washed away! Lol!!

Can we agree that the Cliff protects the tracks well beside the fact that it is of course subject to permanent erosion, too? (we tried to capture that here as good as we could.....)

With regard to the sand erosion - as we learned from the Bay people the problem is more on the other side. The Bay gets year after year more shallow and more and more sand banks come up. In consequence, the sand is blown all over the tracks and buries or moves them. When you follow the track in the left lower corner you see what we mean;

For security reason the track needed to be blocked! No way you can use that track line .........

Usually, in a layout this size, the details are drowning in the landscape (less dramatic here, thanks to the relaxing effect of the water). This is just too much for us to grasp all the details. You need to zoom in and to focus on one theme, e.g. our beloved cat..... Enjoy your Sunday! Best, Sven
