Very nice! A great release. I'm hoping the NS bethgons will be included. Oh, hey, look at that! For some reason I thought we still had NS Bethgons from the old first run, but I was wrong - sold out. Anyway, it doesn't matter because, YES - we DID make new NS Bethgons - but they look sooooooo much better than the last ones... I would show you a picture, but that would not do them justice. It's all about the paint and pad printing - each individual rib was painted, and the body is a mix of two colors of grey and shiny aluminium with black lettering, yellow safety stripes, and red and white warning labels. I know that sounds like a mess, but they REALLY look good. Thanks for the bethgons they will make a nice addition and the Mopac E8 looks great. Is it safe to say the UP,SP,and Pennsy are waiting for the marklin release? No, we have our release calendar set for the E8, although I have to admit I don't have it handy and I can't remember what it is! That just sounds awful, but I spend most of my time working on future releases now. Once it gets shipped it is in Rob Kluz's hands. Actually I should say once it gets delivered to Ohio it's in his hands as we had a nasty customs delay last week. What is it with Oakland, California? I swear they are the WORST! Anything that goes to Anchorage or Memphis sails through with zero delay. Oakland wants my shoe size and blood type before they will clear a shipment. Maybe they are just dehydrated and light headed. Enjoy the release! Best, -Rob(A) AZL PS: A new run of PS2cd 4750sq/ft hoppers has completed production. They are now "out of my hands" (see above) so expect the first release in about 2 weeks.

Dear AZL team, Don't get me wrong, but the road# of the Bethgons are not matching the paint scheme. Black cars (with silver inside btw) had numbers from 634150 or so onwards, the numbers you show were silver-green cars (originally, but mostly looking brown-green due to good care)with black troughs.

I believe they have been sold out for some time now. I have been looking for a set for a couple years and haven't found any.

Yes, the NS from the first run have been long sold out. We still have Conrail available. We also have a few sets of the BNSF with swoosh logo form the 2nd run of Bethgons. I am with Rob A on this one. The new NS are incredible!

Gee - Hope there's some IC E-8's in that schedule...the "City of New Orleans" is sitting at Kankakee, waiting to roll out. Yeah, I know - I'm a pain and a nag. Sorry 'bout that.
