I received an email overnight asking if a new listing on eBay was from an official AZL release. Someone is selling an undecorated set of AZL 53' Thrall well cars. The seller is listing this has 'brand new'. AZL has never released these cars undecorated. If you check the listing, the brake wheels are red which tells me someone has stripped the CP set and re-primed the cars. As always, I would urge caution since these are far from brand new. Rob

Thanks for the heads up. But since the location of the cars is Hong Kong, I can't help but wonder if these aren't technically new, assembled from leftover parts on somebody's workstation?

Mark Entirely possible. If that is true, it could have been made out of defective parts. Anyway, I've flagged it with eBay as counterfeit since the seller is claiming it is New and made by AZL. It is clear not a product that we ever made.

Rob A, I will in Hong Kong and Southern part of China next year. Can you tell me where's the factory, so I can watch for packages falling off the AZL delivery truck.

Does not look like Ebay did anything about this guy. He has relisted the well cars again at a slightly lower price, but still saying "Brand New"
