It's time for ebay to update there site. I know you guys are not fond of it. But let's face it . There is some good deals and finds for those who can't find what they're looking for threw there dealers. My complaint is ,that the site needs to be user friendly. It's not just Marklin ,Micro-Trains any more . You have AZL and Rokukan that are expanding . They need to form a place just for there listing too . I hate having to go threw each page in "Other" just to see what's listed from people selling any AZL. Another just my 2 cents thought.

Do a search and exclude the items you don't want included. You can save the search for getting the results you want.
Try putting this in your search field: z scale -marklin

modelwarships is right, the "minus" sign is a key search tool at eBay.
You can also just type "rokuhan z" or simply "rokuhan" and you will find a lot of items.

I'm confused by the title of your thread. What does respect have to do with eBay?
For many years now, eBay has distance itself from its original intent. eBay some how wants to compete with Amazon.com. The two are nothing the same. It is disappointing, as eBay used to be quite friendly. Now, it is how much it can squeeze in fees from small time sellers. I sell on eBay... I just wish I didn't have to.
