Always fun to rerun and this time we have added new plastic as well. Along with some railroads not done before, we have added patches and new paint schemes. And we are adding new road numbers to BN and UP. This GP30 run will feature our current motor which should make the running capabilities even better. Really looking forward to these!
Is the chassis the same design? I'm hoping for a screw mounted PCB.
Thanks

I love the GP30 I currently have, particularly paired with my new BNSF SD40-2. Excited to pick up at least the BNSF, BN, BNSF/ATSF Patch, BNS/BN Patch, GN Blue Sky locos from this next run. So much good AZL stuff coming up.

I'm looking forward to having 100% of the CP fleet! Will they be the large multimarks like on the SD40-2s or small like the GP38-2s?

I'm in for the BNSF patch units. Please do the whiteface BN scheme for the BNSF/BN-Patch. (I think there were a few striped GP39M mods that got patched but that would not be nearly as exciting or useful.) I would like to see the unpatched BN whiteface too, but I don't expect that to be the case here.
I understand your plea for "buy the B unit or else" but it's just too far of a stretch for a large majority of folks. Something like a GP9B or SD40-2B would have a much broader appeal across a much longer span of era. But honestly, I still think you'll have no problem selling a good number to UP modelers or just the "run everything" group.

Looking at the cad drawings, it appears that the pilot insert has been updated to include a proper AZL coupler rather than a dummy knuckle. Is this the case?

Pilot coupler will be the same as we use for the SD40-2. Extra truck with coupler will be supplied as a spare part
Other news about the next GP30 run
Sunshades: We will add sunshades to the railroads that used those on the GP30
Headlights: Before we only had Cab headlights. We are adding Nose headlights as well as an option
Bay Windows: Some of the GP30 that we will release have Bay Window(s)
