Hi Casey,
Interesting question and though I do not know the answer, let me suggest something.
From your message I get the picture you have not purchased the flex track yet. If you'd had, you could just test this, right?
So if you need 8510, why not just buy 8510?

Hi Casey, The short answer is yes, you can.
I would suggest that you cut out a circle of corrugated cardboard or some other material at the diameter you want to make the curve. Use that to help you form a smooth curve. I attempted to do it freehand the first time I tried. I ended up with "kinks" that can't be seen but affect the operation of the locos. I used the cut-out-circle method to curve Micro Trains track down to a 6-inch diameter curve.
As Eino said, though, why not buy 8510. You can cut them short if you don't need the full piece.

I would buy them but postage from Germany cost more than the track I have friend who traded me some flexi track thank you all for help and good advice

The Peko SL-100 Flex track is *exactly* the same as the märklin, down to sleeper wood grain pattern. The only difference is one rail is loose, so you can easily flex the track. The märklin has to be notched every other sleeper before you flex it.
