AZL Labs PA extended couplers and dummy couplers

AZL Labs has released two new parts. First up is the PA1 extended coupler. This solid coupler is used in conjunction with the PA1 optional truck with coupler to allow coupling with rolling stock when running an A-A configuration.
9900X-PA Part ALCO PA1 extended coupler
Next up is a dummy front couplers. This is a solid coupler replacement for locomotive pilots with dummy coupler. The couplers can be found on such releases as the F7, E7s, E8s and PA1s.
