Hi there z-scale/AZL folks.
I recently received 3 AZL SD40-2 locos and they are GORGEOUS. I am using Marklin rails and power feeder which make the trains run but only on one speed - on or off. Not DCC. No throttle, just one speed. Is this a limitation of using the Marklin feeder or am I doing something wrong? Any other suggestions to use as power feeder?
Thanks! -Tiest

So you are NOT using DCC. Whice power are you using? Märklin You mention märklin rails (track) an feeder, that makes no difference.

How do other locomotives run on the same setup? in other words - is the problem ONLY with the SD40's?

Hi,
Do you mean that all locos run one and the same speed, but you can still control how fast they go? Or do you mean that you really can only turn the track on or off and locos either go 0 speed or full speed?
