Hi guys, I've been shopping some unbranded street lights trying to find proper size and good looking ones, but all seem too big. Especially when talking about the classic design like the Viessmann 7170. However I've not purchased that exact product. Can anyone recomend a street light product that looks like the Viessmann 7170 that is actually true to scale size, or at least close enough. Can even be that exact product, but I can't be ordering by trial and error basis anymore Thanks, -Eino

Viessmann 7174 is a smaller lantern compared to 7170. But MSRP is 21,95€ for 7174 vs 14,95€ for the 7170. As a result, I sell maybe 1pc of 7174 at a time while people scoop up 3 or 4 of 7170 at a time.

Would these work? ebay - evemodel_usThe price is right, and they arrive a lot quicker than you'd think. I have bought a number of lights from this seller.

Those CN versions are even bigger than 7170. But a solid price point.

I have those evemodel ones. The lantern is about 1 cm high which makes the scale size over two meters high which is 6.5’
Othervise they are great!
Frank, What are the measures of 7174, do you know?

Here are two examples If you look a little bit closer here, then you see the bigger, more robust ones are in front of the bank building while a smaller, more finer one is in front of the diner. Hope this helps a little bit. My best, Sven

If you want to make your own, you can try looking at all the different kinds of "Bead Findings" as they are called. Paired with wired 0402 LED's and some 0.8mm brass EDM tube, you can make some pretty convincing lamps.
