Hello all. Curiosity has the absolute best of me with the release of these new AZL SD40-2’s. Does anyone know what scheme the NS units will be and if there will be a high hood NS unit? Thanks

The NS version is not a high hood. The paint scheme is known as horsehead. Best, Hans

I hear alot of railfans call them "Thoroughbreds" , but I'm not a big NS fan.

I did see AZL drawings of a high hood SD40-2 in Southern Railway livery. Is that still planned? Thank you in advance. Just got my CSX SD40-2 and it is a fine unit.
