Hi Folks,
Putting a truck / bogie back on to AZL rolling stock can be a bit tricky. We developed this easy technique quite some time ago, and it really works well for us:
Step 1 - Put the plastic pin on your finger
Step 2 - Place the truck over the pin
Step 3 - Now your finger is perfectly positioned to simply push the pin into the bolster hole on the car. Push it in, but leave just a fraction of room so the truck can rotate freely.
Easy peesy!

But I find easier to do so after having removed both axles. Then I put them back in place when trucks are pinned to the car.
