Hello I emailed customer service the other day about a starter set and have yet to hear back from them. Are they not in for the holiday or did I do something wrong?

What email address did you use? I haven't received anything. My email addresses are: ztrack@aol.com or sales@ztrack.com. I will go back and check my SPAM just in case. And for the record... we never get a break this time of year.

No worries ill send one from a different email. Maybe it got flagged for some stupid reason! I should mention i used the "contact us" feature on the website to ask my question.
