Spring has just about arrived. And thanks to Rob, I have this SP F3 Black Widow pulling a nice long string of PFE Reefers over Donner Pass. Bill Mock ] Bill great images. I remember these trains rather well as US 40 pretty much paralleled the tracks from Rocklin to Truckee. What always fascinated me were the helpers:: another AB set in the middle and a third helper set at the end, pulling three cabooses. Thanks. |
