I’m all for supporting my local z dealers. But there times I just stand back an say why. I order from one of my in US dealers on June 3 , yet to get your order is being processed or thanks for placing order.Same day order a Rokuhan product from Japan in less than 7 days on my door step. Please don’t use coronavirus as an excuse . Japan has same problems. Had to vent.

Kinda' the same here in USA, I've ordered a few items from china, and it's taken up to 3-4 weeks before it reaches me. I watch the tracking on the package, there is a lot of time where it will sit for a week or so at certain stops, probably due to the pandemic and reduced staffing maybe, I dunno.

I too live in USA and what I’ve order has been out for a few months. Not just like it’s a new release and dealers have to wait a week or two before in stock.🤬 As for China order a RC radio for third of price and free shipping from Hong Kong and had it in 8 business. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Send them a message and I am pretty sure they will get back to you about what happened - we have some good folks supplying our little cozy Z community.

I agree, just email your dealer. We are the North American distributor for Rokuhan and work with our dealers to obtain products. It is always a situation that it may be on back order, but the dealer can let you know. If you want, email me and I can also let you know of the current item status, ie if products are in stock or out of stock.

There's also the phone! If they are working at the shop (Inventory), mid day is good. If from home, they still have to go in, some time. And pretty stupid if the don't have an answering machine at the store or can/know how to forward the shop number. Website updates are another issue.

Maybe they have lost someone close or some other personal emergency... We all know when that happens it is hard to focus on daily life.
