When the first run of ES44's hit and the BNSF H-II scheme was nowhere to be found, there was mention that it would be considered for the next run...but that would probably be 4 years. Pretty sure that was at least 3 years ago so I am curious if there is anything on the horizon to that end? You could also do the early UP units while you're at it. (red sill stripes vs yellow)
(EDIT: I stand *somewhat* corrected....it was about 2-1/2 years ago, with the time estimate being 2-4 years for another run, *assuming* the ES44's sold well. I don't have that information but I do know that at least BNSF sold out...not sure on the others...Pennsy?.)
Alternatively, any other new motive power (or freight cars) upcoming? (aside from the Alco and SW1500 announcements) It occurred to me that I've been so focused on the Maxi-I's, yet now there are no other blips on the radar from AZL. (and each blip takes about two years or longer) Maybe some more PS2-CD's? I can provide you with a lot of good information about schemes if you'd like.

I think there more than enough UP's. Several releases has allowed me to saturate my Engine Service site and still run a triple Consist on the main. This pix less than half of my locos out and doesn't include some later releases: Time for some other roads.

Jeff, that's a great scene.
I was really just trying to suggest some new alternatives for a second run beside JUST the two BNSF schemes and Pennsy. While it was a very short-lived alternative scheme, the UP with the red side sills is a good representative for their earlier GE fleet given the lack of Dash 9's. (same thing I'm planning with the BNSF H-II's...stand-ins for earlier GE's.) And yes, that is an easy mod for the existing AZL UP locos but we always need new road numbers, right? :-D

Yes, a new run is planned. Probably next year. Time and factory capacity dependant.

Any chance of runs on some Heritage units that will be in that run? The ones that sold out quickly? Bob

For example: archive.trainpix.com/BNSF/GEORIG/AC4400CW/5728.HTMNote that despite being pre-production GEVO's/ES44AC's, BNSF still initially called them AC4400's and labeled them as such on the side sill.
