You can make Your decals Yourself, there are white and transparent "blank" sheets (and white for stickers) ; but it's better to use a colour laser printer, in the past I had issues with inkjet models : even if You varnish the printed sheets, water can let the printed layer go away ... With a laser printer You don't need to varnish ; but You must make Your design with a suitable program (for myself I use the French PhotoFiltre by Antonio de la Cruz most for stickers, which is shareware but with enough functions in the free basic version to make a good job) at least with about 1000 dpi resolution to avoid aliasing. I use it to design my icons for the touch display, too. And for text You can use any available ttf font.

MicroScale has many N scale graffiti decals that fit plus a few sheets of Tags. I also use Rapidograph drawing pens (generally black as they are super fine lines. Available in varied widths. www.kohinoorusa.com/rapidograph for a starting point but most every Art supplier will have these.
