....anything new this month? AMERICAN Z LINE November 2018 New Releases 1937 40’ AAR Boxcars – Union Pacific! These cars feature the ‘Serves All The West’ slogan on one side and the ‘Road of the Streamliners’ slogan on the reverse side. A runner pack, two-pack and single car is being released. 904314-1 UP 1937 40´ AAR Box Car 183247 Single 904384-1 UP 1937 40´ AAR Box Car 182935, 182936 Two-pack 914314-1 UP 1937 40´ AAR Box Car 182933, 182944, 183228, 183245 Set SD70M and SD75i Upgrade Program AZL is excited to bring back our first run of SD70M and SD75i locomotives. Originally released starting in 2006, these locomotives brought modern 6-axle North American locomotives to the rails. The locomotives have been sold out for many years. We have had quite a few requests to re-release the original variants. Using original shells that we had on hand, AZL has upgraded these locomotives and can now offer a very limited run of each of the first run of road names. The rebuilt SD70Ms and SD75is feature a new chassis (as used in the 2014 run of SD70Ms and SD75is), new trucks, AZL’s standard PCB, upgraded directional controlled LEDs and AutoLatch TM couplers. Our third release is Canadian National. Three road numbers are available: 6103-1 CN SD75i 5626 6103-2 CN SD75i 5681 6103-3 CN SD75i 5694 Supplies are very limited (added by z.scale.hobo ... and sold out at Ztrack already - check with select dealers who might have grabbed them).

On a side note, and I know the issues as of late with the Chinese manufacturing, but will we be seeing the GP30 with the "AAR Style"trucks in the Milwaukee Road paint scheme anytime soon?

We still have production ongoing at the old plant. Once this is done and the final run is delivered with the remaining tools, we will start to plan and restructure for the future. First out will be the 3 projects that we never released. Next we need to sign off the projects we had under development at AFFA with new factories. Then we will take a look at potential reruns (that is where your GP30 request comes in). And last we will initiate new projects not done earlier. Safe to say, we will have delays as is the case with other manufacturers that used AFFA.

It would seem to me that AZL should jump on a locomotive/s that sold really well. But with that said, I'd go for a GP 30 in the new BNSF dash scheme. TT
