That must have been tough putting the figures in if the roof doesn't come off. It looks good though. It would be great to see this installed in a park scene.

More swearwords than glue ... The alignment is "as good as possible" (and in fact not absolutely mandatory), I had to insert the musicians over the stairs with long twezers and hold in place while superglue was drying (about 20 s). I tried to drill holes to the bottom for position, but the bottom began cracking after the first hole.

My town has a park named "Burlington Greens", (Burlington Northern donated the land next to the depot), and there is a gazebo just like that! Great place to watch trains.
