Thad, I'm not sure I understand what you are asking? The BNSF "Swoosh" (dash) coalporters from AZL have been out for some time now....at least 3 years. Finding them is just a matter of patience and cash at this point. They show up on eBay from time to time.
I have one four-pack for sale right now, along with a four-pack of the BNSF silver/green scheme and a four-pack of the BN black/green scheme...all of which run together on the same trains in real life. If you're interested PM me.

I'd like to add. After you have a dozen different road numbers ...absolutely no one will notice duplicates! Get all you can, while you can.

Well I noticed that monster trains sight had changed when you clicked on coal porters... About a month ago the BNSF dash scheme was there... But it did not show up down below as an item to purchase in stock or out of stock like the rest of offerings on that page... Just struck me as odd...

Wow, looks like it's almost been NINE years since these came out... www.zscalemonster.com/azl/90100/so.htmI think they probably just had the BNSF Swoosh scheme up since it is a pretty nice looking car, even if it's not currently available. Again, if you're interested, I can help you augment your fleet just let me know.

Just a little update. We have now picked up most of our tooling from the old factory. Expect to pick up the rest soon. Hopefully we will receive products that were under production when AFFA closed at the end of the month. When all old issues are settled, we will start new factory negotiations. And thanks for all the encouragement and greetings received! Cannot wait to get back to new product (Z scale of course) development.

Good to hear that progress has been made. It sounds like you guys have a good plan to tie everything up before moving on to a new manufacturer.

As that very special time for train lovers (i.e., Christmas) nears, I am wondering if you can hint at what is next from here to Thanksgiving. I have to write to Santa :-)

An interesting note from the recent S scale magazine "The Dispatch" is that Affatech was shutdown by the Chinese government along with a number of other companies for "pollution violations."

Wow.
Isn't that where all those billions of tons of coal goes for them? That's gotta' be the #1 "pollution violation in they're country, no??

Wow. Isn't that where all those billions of tons of coal goes for them? That's gotta' be the #1 "pollution violation in they're country, no?? That's the reason for the quotes. Anyone who has been to any of the manufacturing centers in China would find the statement laughable. To the credit of the Chinese government they are working on the problem, but it's a big problem.
