Correct, but it is not set in stone and is very much subject to other new product deliveries from our producers. It is better to answer what we kind of know. SOU will follow the NH in October. If this changes, it is because of other exciting product deliveries.

Well, the RS-3s and RSD-5s are stateside. We look forward to finally starting the releases. If not by mid June, then early July. As AZL usual, one to two releases a month. Testing is going on at the moment.....

We should be revisiting the GP30 in 2-3 years time. Still plenty in inventory.

Unfortunately our GP7 / GP9 tools are lost. It would have to be a brand new model which is not on the immediate horizon.

We are not likely to make the SD70 - SD70M locomotives again. Tooling was destroyed by Sanda Kan. We rather tool up a locomotive not previously offered in Z instead than going back to the SD70.
The FP7 is also a long shot. But we will within a year offer F7s

There are some rumours that the AZL RS-3s have shipped from China....

Yes that would be natural. There is going to be a virtual NTS something we want to be part of. If they let us in, I think we will make a freight car announcement. And it would be a good opportunity to talk about the upcoming SW1500, SD40-2 and the Super Chief as well.

We will have ATSF F7s ready with the Super Chief. Probably both original numbers and renumbered

Hi Frank, Good catch, but we are both correct. The RS3s originally had the yellow rectangular area higher. See delivery photo below: Not sure when the paint update happened, but probably 1957-58.

We hope to have the first CAD drawings just after the Summer. Will share as soon as they become available. In the mean time we can reveal the most likely railroads to be included in the first run. And no surprise we have the usual suspects: UP, ATSF, BN, C&NW, MILW, Conrail, CP, CSX, BNSF, NS, CN (IC) and B&O Chessie. We are also considering L&N, SOO, WC, RI, FEC and Southern. The second run will include several smaller railroads and different paint scheme variations from the Class 1 railroads. Stay Healthy!

Noticed a note on the 3 axle truck. To explain, the RSD-4 and RSD-5 used ALCO Trimount C trucks. Simply stated, all 3 axles were powered. The Trimount truck also had different lengths between the axles. Now ALCO also had locomotives called RSC-2 and RSC-3. It looks very much like an RSD-5, but uses a different 3 axle truck; A-1-A. The middle axle was idle (non-powered). AZL may add the RSC-2/3 in the future based on demand. Mainly export models.

Forget the rolling stock for now. Once layout is done we will have correct rail equipment running in this east Texas, Louisiana or Mississippi landscape!

Erie and/or Erie Lackawanna will be part of run 2. Any preference?
