Hello,
I would like to buy F59PHI Sounder Set #905 but not sure where to get the tracks for and controller for it. please help!

Welcome to the forum.
You didn't mention your background so let's assume you'd like to start with the simplest solution. That would be Rokuhan. They produce a sectional track that snaps together, and plug and play electrical. The minimum you'd want would be an R028 oval track set and an RC-02 train controller. There are a number of vendors for these products. The guy who runs the ztrack sites, has been putting together starter packages and he may do one for the sounder.

Glad to help. I think you'll find the F59 unit to be a good runner.
You might also want to add a re-railer ramp to your shopping list. It takes a bit of practice to get the wheels on the rails in Z. Also the base Rokuhan controllers are battery operated. You may want to budget for an AC adapter.
I have to admit I knew nothing about Sound Transit (except for the AZL model) until your post. If it were around in the 1980s, it would have eased my commute to the Fairchild plant in Puyallup.
