We are making 3 trucks to pull our trailers. We are just getting started so no images. They will look like your familiar Peterworth and Kenbilt trucks from the late 70s to early 90s.
The 3 trucks will be Tractor Trailers:
1. Hood Truck with Crew Cab
2. Cab-over Truck with Crew Cab
3. Cab-over Truck without Crew Cab
We can share that they will have rubber tires and will be available in: Black, White, Silver, Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, Orange and Brown.
Thinking hard about unpainted and unassembled versions also.

Great! Now I go all around the layout to pick up all the derelict trailers abandoned over the last 20 years !

Awesome. Desperately needed in Z. Thank you. And if you guys ever run out of ideas for new products, an AZL Mi-Jack, rubber tired crane would go great with these and all your other awesome intermodal products. And skeleton trailers for CONEX containers. Best regards! www.google.com/maps/@29.4660092,-95.9706355,3a,54.7y,295.87h,103.14t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sgosFy8WlQrhoKCH22dR-3A!2e0!7i16384!8i8192?entry=ttu

I've seen threads and pictures of those but it seems that an AZL produced product, using injection molded or whatever their process is called, would be of much better quality. Plus, I will never be able to paint and letter something so small like AZL does. But I would love to see how they do that.

Nice. Looks like a Peterworth, Freightliner and a GMC going left to right. Looking forward to getting a couple for my layout.

Just a quick note. The trucks on the picture are old HO scale Herpa. While cabovers are OK, the hood truck should not be used as prototype - grille, shape of the hood and cab itself are rather generic and inaccurate. Here is much better example: HO scale Brekina Peterbilt 359. If you like I can help with accurate prototypes in larger scale. Attachments:

I hope the trailers will fit the tractor units ! Looking at the photos, the slots for the trailer pins on the 5th wheel are not the same size on the 3 models.

Will the tractor units be in the same liveries as the trailers, or just plain colours like the Type C tractors ?
