AZL,
Is a rerun of 23000 Tank cars, Thrall 60' gondolas or Auto racks in the works?

...and I'll add bethgons and PS2-CD's to the question.
-I feel like the 23k tanks would benefit from new top rails, similar to those on the Corn Syrup tanks. The original design ended up being very clunky. -Likewise, the Autoracks with the updated etchings similar to the aftermarket offering would be a nice step up.
-The Thrall 60ft gons, grain hoppers, and Bethgons are good as-is.
-Also curious what happened with the idea of doing AutoMax autorack cars.

Hi Hans and the 2 Robs,
Any word if you'll do a rerun on the 23K capacity, DOT 111A general purpose tank cars in 2024?
Lease cars in black from the 80's / 90's preferred from UTLX, GATX and CITX.
NO conspicuity striping either.
Thank You
Mr. B

Sssssh. ... Hans ain’t fooling us. we know “freight” is merely haiku poetry for … ahem … the forthcoming modified AAR box cars. (We know the Ortners are now in the running an’ combines aren’t classed as freight.) Anybody else keeping score playing the home game? Gotta be AARs, then. Let’s concentrate on road names [See attachment.], for a moment. … Mr. Western Maryland. Look how lonely he is. Poor fellow. Fallow freight on other lines. … Why all those reels form the ’50s, ’60s, and ’70s show Western Maryland on any number of traditional lines! … Okay, maybe they’re (WMs) few and far between on the Union Pacific, the Southern Pacific, and the Santa Fe. PS: I hope I used correctly the word fallow. Scott Attachments:

I do not know which beth-gons you are looking for, but Z scale monster still has them in stock.

I am looking for schemes that AZL has yet to do, and thus aren't in stock anywhere. The main one I would like to see is the silver and green Burlington Northern bethgon. AZL has done a couple of BNSF bethgons, and despite one of the versions being (mis)labeled as BN on the box, they have yet to do a pure BN car other than the black version. At one time, the original silver and green BN scheme was the largest roster of bethgons in the US. It is very difficult to build a believable BN or BNSF unit coal train without these cars.
