Bringing the layout back to life

Hi all. Probably been a few years since posting. Been a crazy 2020-2021, lost my father, got married, moved back to my childhood home, renovated and sitting in a hospital room waiting for my first son to be born!
Long story short, they layout got moved and mothballed in the garage. Its cramped but heated and aitlr conditioned. Got everything all hooked back up and soldered up the wiring yesterday. Going to start scenery on the 36x42 addition I started before moving. Pretty excited to be back into the hobby now that things are hooked up and dying to get my hands on a pair of new CN switchers when released. The addition of the layout was mainly to facilitate switching some industry in addition to lengthening the mainline run to get rid of the around the Christmas tree effect.
