can be found here. Although it seems "Made in Switzerland", I think some items can be used for US railroads.

I think most of the items can be used for U.S. layouts as dimensions are close enough. The only items I see that aren't really U.S. prototypical are the gas bottles and the wine barrels are rarely shipped.

The "long" gas bottles look like those used for soldering, which can be seen in the movie "African Queen". And look here.

I was looking at the Z2001 bottles, those are more early 20th century. The others are very appropriate.

Yes, the tall thin (<12in diameter) tanks are appropriate at least since 1960 from my memry. They should be secured to a structural element with a chain and they should be solid color coded. I've looked on-line and the current color coding doesn't seem to match my memories of the 1960s.
