Make a new thread... Why not? For sure, Commodore, And the new thread will deal with the famous Daylight train, GS3/GS4 Locomotives, ........ The starting point will be the Pacific Coast Line with its connection towards Niles. The planning for this is ready for quite a while: In the meanwhile, let us finish OPS and take a look at the East Coast RRs on a grey November day........ ..... with a little bit of sunshine breaking through the clouds..... Enjoy your WE! Best, Sven

I’m looking forward to your Coast Route work.
A couple of thoughts for you. There are a number of good videos about the Coast Starlight on line. Many areas have changed very little since the days of the GS-3. The Coast Daylight was a San Francisco/LA train, so it didn’t pass through Niles. However, a section of the train, trains 250 & 255, that were Oakland trains that were split/combined in San Jose, As I recall those trains consisted just of duplex coaches and a coffee shop. At times itt may have included through cars from the Shasta Daylight I will point out that most of the Coast Route stations had an SP palm tree. If you give me a name, I can check my references to confirm.
Enjoy,
Mark

C&O passenger power.
I had these on another part of the forum. Seems like they fit better here.
Started with L&N E-8, repainted with TruColor Paints and downsized Microscale C&O passenger car decals.
This will be overtaken by events when AZL brings out for real.
