I am calling this the 4th run since it includes both F3s and F7s. The F units never gets boring and this time around say hello to these new road names: F3 - CNJ, Erie and SAL F7 - Frisco, SP&S, ACL, KATY, B&M, FEC, RI, GM&O and Clinchfield Some railroads will be rerun and there will be new paint schemes for Santa Fe , D&RGW and SP We are adding new Plastic as well: The oversized UP Branchline Snowplow used on the UP F3A on the Overland Route Untitled.pdf (319.15 KB) And 5 various Spark Arrestores Spark Arrestors etc.pdf (96.5 KB) Not confirmed are etched metal ladders. It would be a nice touch, but may not be feasible. Hope to have the 4th run produced by March next year!

Yes, plenty of locos being announced, but a paucity of freight cars, and no caboose available. Good point. I run my SP&S RS-3 with some SP&S micro trains box cars and a mixture of GN and NP cars. But I would like a caboose and always want more freight.

Large snowplow is called Branchline, not Sideline (my fault)

We just got confirmation that the stepladders below the frame will use etched metal. And if I did not mention it, we will also add the roof oil cooler used on some F units!
Going through preliminary artworks today. Will post when we get those cleaned up and corrected. Having a small problem with the Clinchfield blue color. If anyone knows, please post.

Are you trying to match the light grey or black paint schemes? There are many color images of the Clinchfield F7s in what appears to be a very deep blue, but it might actually be a gloss black reflecting the environment or the film used. Some photos it almost looks like your first gen AZL C&0 F7.
I am in no means an expert on this matter. Just searching around for old forum posts. I found these tidbits:
"All of Clinchfield 1st and 2nd generation Diesels from after WWII up until 1971 wore Grey/yellow. replaced with Black/yellow begining in mid 71.all deleveries/repaints afterwards were black until 7/77 Introduction of Family Lines grey.a very few units-3or4 GP38/SD40 with tattered grey/yellow made it into Seaboard System in 83."
One modeler recommended "Scalecoat II Chessie Yellow and SC II Black would be good colors to use." for the black/yellow scheme.
If you are trying to match the grey color, I found this on trainorders: "I'd ask Paul @ atlasrr, he generally answers questions of this nature and since Atlas is doing a CRR GP-38 in grey, he may be able to tell you what the closest match is." So no help there.

FEC has got my vote! Vote may be an unfavorable word today. Let me say, then, FEC entry is ******g COOL!
Personally, it is either 24-AZL products or one AZL brass name train.
Scott
PS: FEC has an interesting history, as many of us may know.
