Hello Hans and Rob,
Can you give us an update on New Releases and any "freight car" reruns that are forthcoming between now and end of 2024?
Thank You,
Mr. B

(Sh!t. Didn’t see the PDF for the modifieds.) [Insert emoji for a fluttering heart.] Absolutely gorgeous! … Any chance we can go back to make the following changes?:
• Main Line of Mid-America slogan for IC • big letter Fond du Lac repaint for Soo Line • FW&D lettering with Everywhere West script slogan for the Q
… If it’s not too much trouble. Else, just pencil in the above for future releases. On second thought, I do believe the Illinois Central car in the PDF is missing the Main Line of Mid-America slogan.
New York Central, Wabash, and Erie—Simply divine. Divine! (Doubles and four-packs?) Possibly 0.7mm taller than previously released AZL gems[?] AZL, carry on leading from the front the path of righteousness.
RE: Update on new releases and any freight car reruns between now and end of 2024 …
Per review of the thread “AZL 2024 Winter Update video is live!”:
• AAR modified boxcars (different heights) • bay window caboose rerun (posts to follow) • M60 tanks • tractor trailer trucks (’70s–’90s, hood-crew, cabover-crew, cabover, Peterworth, Kenbilt) • decals idea (road numbers, tractor trailer trucks, etc.) • three freight cars in development • one to two locomotives in development • (Lamy)
Plus, Atlas is a sleeping giant. (Pardon the pun.)
Fluttering heart,
Scott
PS: The first use of the exclamation point is a borrowed Albrittonism.

Hello Hans and Rob, Can you give us an update on New Releases and any "freight car" reruns that are forthcoming between now and end of 2024? Thank You, Mr. B Well, I just arranged for a medium size shipment from the factory to distribution today, so I would say that things are coming soon! More details once we get release and marketing plans in place.

Hopefully we will have a video ready to go in a couple of weeks. We will give you updates on some of the previously announced products and reruns. There will also be a few new product announcements!
Have not discussed this, but we may be able to answer some questions as well during the video. If you have any, please email ztrack@aol.com

Always delighted to hear from Hans and Rob.
Correction: CB&Q modified AAR has Everywhere West script slogan on one side and Way of the Zephyrs script slogan on the other side. (Ref. PDF.) Similarly, L&N AAR has Dixie Line script slogan on one side and The Old Reliable slogan on the other side. (Ref. AZL prev. rel.) Also, FW&D lettering may lack in broad appeal in contrast to CB&Q lettering.

Hans,
Thanks ever so much for illuminating my correction.
In reference to LN—I was referring to the run of previous regular AARs.
O such beauties!

If you have any, please email ztrack@aol.com RE: Topics for AZL video Dear Hans, Rob, and Rob, • LOCOMOTIVE SKIPPED—Where is the supply of those Milwaukee Road E9 team for Omaha-Chicago leg? —Said that AZL would not release name trains without corresponding locomotives and vice versa. —Then it was said that Milwaukee Road E9 team hauled COLA on Omaha-Chicago leg. —Where is the supply of those Milwaukee Road E9 team for Omaha-Chicago leg? • COMBINE—Pullman Green combine Y/N. • ARTWORK—Artwork previews, I feel, are a must. —Artwork previews for SD50/60 not shown whereas artwork previews for SD40 family shown. —Artwork previews for next run bay windows was mentioned. —I feel artwork postings are desirable for a variety of reasons. They seem an EZ share, traditional, good customer relations, eye candy, anticipatory window shopping, solving for X, and full disclosure of paint schemes, to name a few. • GP30 AND F7 —First off, bless the beloved four-axle. I propose do runs as follows: Wave II, Wave Ia, then Wave III. Wave II would be all new paint schemes. Wave Ia would be different paint schemes for previous road names. Wave III would be more all new paint schemes. This or something like it, I am sure, has been considered at headquarters. O, how I wish I could find the individual email addresses for Hans Riddervold, Rob Albritton, and Rob Kluz. Fellow AZLers: Do send in your questions and concerns for the video as Hans suggested. Scott

That was a long list Scott! Whuh? It’s pick and choose. (Four topics a long list? I elaborated as a staff writer for AZL might.) It’s pick and choose. The staff at Galactic Headquarters should have ample from which to sample. “Many have expressed an interest ...” You know, that sort of thing. Much appreciation to AZL, Scott

• ARTWORK—Artwork previews, I feel, are a must. I’ll second that. I love seeing the artwork for a release! It helps me follow what has been released and what I can look forward to.

As with those who have noted such things before me, I caught the tease in the banner. How very 1960s-ish! I am eager to add to my collection a number of these gems as I am sure many of us feel the same. I luv the modifieds!
BTW, the 0-6-0 is very Z scale-ie. Those were the words that came during a semi-unboxing. Kudos to Rob Kluz should he have been instrumental in the development of the Rokuhan debut. Well done! Fans of other road names have much for which to look forward.
Now up all night anticipating release of modifieds. ...
Scott
