Since we are doing a few small cosmetic changes to the SD50s and SD60s, the RSs and RSDs could potentially be delivered first. They ran incredibly well, and I had no corrections to locomotive colours and artworks.

Hans,
Just looking at the group shot of RS line-up, in particular the C&NW unit. It looks like the "400" is preceding "Route of the." Please tell me I'm wrong!

Half and half answer. Right side correct. Left side needs a small change.

RSs and RSDs making their way to the starting gate possibly before SD50s and SD60s? It’s a win-win situation! I hope Galactic Headquarters feels the same way. Cosmetic changes—I can understand that. If blue was, for example, added inadvertently to the top surfaces of a CSX SD60, we’d wanna go back and correct that right quick. Above the sills blue would be only the typography. We know there’s far too many variations on the hockey stick for CSX and not enough of the virtually all-gray stealth for CSX. With this, I am reminded of my special fondness for AZL’s penchant for both research and reverence for historical accuracy. [Attached:] Why look, is that a virtually all-gray CSX SD60 … with a Seaboard SD50 in tow?! Scott Attachments:

Just noticed the steam generator in the short hood of Amtrak and NYC. Does this mean I need to set up commuter service? Can’t quite tell what’s going on with EL & LV.

Some good news. The locomotives are about to be shipped from China. We do not have a release schedule, but the corrected NYC will be first. So customers that want to switch out the old shell can do so. Details on this later. For those of you that do not remember, we put the wrong road numbers on the NYC RS-3 locomotives. The new shells have correct road numbers and also painted grabirons that we forgot first time around.
