Gluttony prevails ………….. …………… or banruptcy looms ! A good time to release some Milwaukee and Rock Island locos! A PC RS-3 would be quite appropriate too.

Marmot—U R 1 vigilant dude!
Doug A., quite correct—“Gluttony prevails.”

Newfangled locos! But CP SD40-2s as well! And the much needed Rio Grande cabooses! Now I can get a tunnel motor. Gluttony indeed. And perhaps bankruptcy too, but it will be fun.

I need some better lighting, but I do like the way these look on Tehachapi. Might have to add an SP unit or two

Pictures when you do, please! Sure will do👍🏼 I just ordered 3 decoders from Zmodel which are available now. BR Boris Here is a quick video of the 3 engines in DCC mode. They really run very smooth without any tweaking on CV's other than the basic ones. BR Boris

Would anyone have any pointers/tips convert these SD40T-2s' to use the (supplied) body-mount couplers and pilots, and/or the MTL 905s? Looks to me like the factory coupler/box has to be removed from the truck, but I haven't disassembled mine yet to find out. Seems it should be fairly straightforward. (Yes, I need to improve my search skills ) Thanks, Ed

Received my new UP SD70Ace -- Spirit of UP. Wow, it's beautiful. Have it on the track for break-in. It runs great and is relatively quiet. The forward and ditch lights are weak just like my other SD70ACes. Almost hate to pop the shell to put a decoder in it and fix the lights.
Great Job AZL!!
