I'm absolutely thrilled with this release. But, the same loads?... Two packs of trailers will be available at what we hope to be an attractive price, so you can mix ‘em up as you like.

Yeah, for the details, those are pretty nice trailers for the price!

Rob, Could you let us know which trailers are going to be offered in the 3 car sets? Yes I can! 5 car sets: Roadway JB Hunt UPS Amazon FedEx Freight (White) FedEx Mulitmodal (Grey) 3 cars sets: Xtra Intermodal ABF NS Triple Crown Schneider England US Express Martin Swift Ryder Two Packs of the spare trailers will be released at the same time as the Spine car sets. (We charge the same price for two that others charge for one) Cheers! -Rob(A) AZL Rob, Thank you very much for this list, it will give me time to make a financial plan! I am curious though if the container trailer frames from Showcase Miniatures would work with AZLs spine cars? And yes, I have seen this on Union Pacific trains... containers mounted on trailer frames riding on spine cars!

Thank you. I have admit I am most excited about the trailers. The level of detail appears to be much greater than what is currently on the market. And you are correct, the price point is very good. Kudos to AZL for always trying to maximize detail on all of their products. I only wish the photography could highlight that detail better. There appears to be a lot going on at the back of the trailer but no photos showing this extra effort on AZL's part.

I will confirm that the trailer details at the front and rear are pretty special. They really SHOULD find a way to highlight how nicely these have turned out.

“not all have large layouts” Now the test will be if we can still pull 100 car trains 🤗

Here's an idea for future trailers (and a use for those waffle gondolas). IMG_0273.jp2 (398.59 KB)

Rob,
I am totally stocked that you made these happen. AZL is the Z scale hobby

I took my Roadway lemon stand and made lemonade. Left to right... 1. Stock Roadway as-is from AZL. 2./3. Modified Roadway sans side logo but with end logos front and rear. This was by far the most common setup I photographed. 4. Spartan Roadway with only the vertical end posts retaining the Roadway numbers; No logos at all. Not an extremely common configuration so this may end up with those numbers removed and trailer repurposed as some other trucking company. But for now I though it was a neat variation. 5. All Roadway markings removed (I think) and now represents an "Owner-Operator" trailer. Eventually will probably be decaled for Mesilla Valley Transportation.

Thank you.
I use Micro-Sol to remove the lettering. The process I use is pretty much this:
But I use scotch tape to remove the letters like this video. Often the entire thing comes off in one or two tries.
