They were among my first purchases as I feel they are realistic to what we do see today (maybe not so much the Boxcars anymore) As I am totally new to Z Scale January 2023 I did find my most desired graffitied car MTL-510 44 110 Pan Am • Weathered & Graffitied 50' Rib Side Boxcar • Released March 2017 $31.90 retail ea.
Details: • Released March 2017 • 50' Ribside Box Car • Weathered & Graffitied
(found it on ZScaleMonster page)
But doubt I will ever find or be able to purchase it
You have a wonderful week ahead

I am a bit disappointed. It seems the majority of Z Scale Buildings, Structures & Kits that are Locomotive/Engine and or a Industrial Complex/Factory that have a Track into or through the Structure. Most Buildings & Structures Kits are incompatible with the raised bed of the Rokuhan Track. Seems I will in the future have to purchase A few sections of Rokuhan Track w/o Roadbed for these Buildings/Structures when completed to be utilized in my Layout. I know I am extremely new to Z Scale Hasn't Rokuhan Track been around for 10+ years ? Question, Is Rokuhan the only manufacturer of raised bed Track in/for Z Scale ?

I've in the past just used Marklin track for sidings and industries, there's no roadbed so it's lower. I've also built up the base of a couple buildings with styrene to raise it up to track level.

As far as I understood, MTL has a raised bed track too and looks very similar to Rokuhan (excepted for the space between sleepers, and only for the non-flex sections) ; Rokuhan makes straight track sections without ballast to be used on their bridges. And standard tracks without ballast are those made by Märklin and Atlas (and perhaps Peco, but it looks like Atlas). When I began building my layout, in 2017, the Atlas track was "new" and unfortunately had no holes for nails, turnouts didn't yet exist. And the sleepers of Märklin broke very easily when I pushed in the nails. Si I used Rokuhan, fixed with small screws. But I had to raise all plattforms (for passengers and freight) to make up the addtional height (most via Evergreen or 3D-printed parts) ; so, if the building has no fixed ground plate (or if You can remove a part to allow the train to enter), You could use the same solution ; painted grey these additional parts would look like a concrete foundation ; and if You want You can even add stairs. For example the attached pictures show such modifications ; the freight depot was kitbashed from two Faller kits, with a completely new built base, the length allowing 5 freight cars.

Seems the Industrial 4 story Complex Kit includes a double interior wall Parts sheet. Correct interior walls ↓ (top sheet interior walls) Incorrect interior walls ↓ (lower sheet incorrect walls notice bottom interior wall does NOT have double loading doors also on the entrance no personal door and upper windows do not allign
So the Kit cannot be completed as all 4 walls are different.
So onto MM The Diesel Engine House kit
