Case Hobbies in Germany announces new passenger cars by MTL. I didn't find them in USA, neither at MTL directly nor at Z Scale Monster. On the homepage click on dot #8 to see them ; they exist for Norfolk and Western, Pennsylvania and Union Pacific. Mr. Scheele writes that (at Case Hobbies) they have to be ordered before Nov. 30, delivery in Feb. 2023 ...

Go to MTL, click z-scale from list at left, then pre-orders, and you will then see the 3 ranges, Norfolk & Western, Pennsylvania and Union Pacific.

I signalled it for the modeller "friends", concerning myself I cannot use them, my (local) passenger service is performed by a double Budd.

The spacing between the passenger cars has been my biggest issue with these. On a scale basis, the passengers would have to take a death defying leap between cars.

A quick measure shows distance between corridor connections :- AZL lightweight 2mm AZL heavyweight. 3mm Microtrains 6mm, or, at scale, 1.32 metres or 4’4” in old money !
