All relating to an EMD GP 38-2 loco built 1980, after a renumbering exercise. The picture relates to a Fairbanks-Morse H 24-66 Trainmaster, built 1954, and carrying that original number 4812. So, did AZL make a trainmaster, and do they also sell snake oil ?

Bill in 1955, SP also used an AC cab forward as a helper over Donner. That really left a smoke trail!
