One of the three major Z-scale manufactures is barely supporting the scale, as it is.

Mrja You hit that over the fence. Was talking to Ben over at MTL, wondering if any new GP's were in the plans or a run of the 9's or 35's. Not as of this time. All the resources were put into the N scale SW 1500's. Talk of maybe another run on SD 40's that was it. Bob

I have no problems with fantasy paint, as long as they are identified as such. I just figure that there are enough prototype paint schemes and one-off designs, that it would take years for manufacturers to produce them. For example, for the upcoming F units release, I'd like to see the WP in orange, Zephyr silver (both passenger and freight noses), Pullman Green and "New Image" green, all with the variations in road name font and color. I'd also like SP in the Sunset Limited paint. I'll be happy if I get Zephyr silver with the passenger nose. Mark Yep on the Zephyr! Any news on the Zephyr??? Best, Sven
