Do the bogies on these locomotives really have a pick-up centre axle to save tyre wear ? ( Editor : please insert tongue-in-cheek symbol here )

( Editor : please insert tongue-in-cheek symbol here ) Seriously, are You planning to make the "middle axle" dummy, as seen on some models using Hallmark shell (a "false" BB), to improve running qualities (?), or is it only an error in graphics, and so it would be a real CC (or A1A-A1A) ?

If you look at the E7 artwork, you’ll see the same. The actual models have flangeless centre axles, but seen from the side on the track at this scale, the difference is not noticeable.

OK, I think it's better in tight curves ; I know that the same trick was used on some steam locos ...

Yes, we plan on leaving the middle axle flangeless. I remember well when our brass PA1 ran into lots of trouble with the Märklin 195mm curves. Does not look too hot on the artwork, but as said, you will hardly notice. Yes, some real life steam locomotives had flangeless middle drivers
