Arriving in March is our new tank car. Based on a General American 1917 design, this insulated tank car saw service from the end of WWI to late 1960s. It will compliment our vintage freight cars and is an excellent match with the Mikes, F units and RS/RSDs.
Artwork and photos to follow soon

Looking very good! Would be interesting to compare the AZL tankes with the MTL and Marklin ones.

The cattle ranchers here in the desert regions of Arizona would aquire these old tank cars and drag them with a bulldozer out to a water well, typically pumped with a windmill, to be filled and supply water to cattle during the dry spells of summer. I know of 2 within 30 miles of where I live, one of those being 15 miles from the railroad (UP former SP) that is located on the lower slope, foothills of a small mountain range. The countrymen of those days were tough as nails!

I'm very much impressed that you included Roma Wines, a former Lodi-based winery that in the mid-twentieth century was one of the largest U.S. wine makers. Will make a nice addition to my layout. Of course now I'll have to add their tower to my Lodi module: It would be nice if you produced a Sinclair Oil car

So, what is that boxcar to the right of the 8,000 gallon tank car? Doesn’t look like anything in the current AZL portfolio... that is a good looking tank car and is in an era that I don’t have assembled. I do have the Santa Fe F3 set so I’m thinking the 8,000 gallon tank car with the outside braced box cars and other early MTL box cars would fit the Bill. that would be an attractive train running next to the Super Chief when it finds its way home.
