Our 50th Anniversary was December 19th. My wife has been very tolerant of my new, engrossed hobby. Since she likes playing with my larger z scale layout but only is interested in running her Marklin ICRR passenger train I figured maybe I could put together a little diorama using Rokuhan track. She likes it but now she wants lights. Well, after 50 years whats a couple of lights!!   |

First it’s lights, then it’s a Catenary setup then it’s an express rail that stretches from one corner of the basement to the other. congrats on 50 years and having a great wife.

Thank you for the anniversary wishes! The best part so far is my wife is enjoying running her z scale while I run mine. A family that "Z's" together stays together; correct!! But she also reminded I can not purchase anymore freight cars. So maybe there is a GP7/9 or SD70 in the bear future!?!
