Why do marklin make two set 4th radius curves at 30 degrees and 45 degree the same with the 3rd radius curves is there reason that just past me by lol is there another reason or are used in different ways

Frank's link contains a lot of good information on Märklin track. The answer is about 2/3 down the page. The short answer is that the 195mm and 220mm curves come in 30 degree versions so you can use a curved turnout between them. A word of warning: many people find the curved turnouts don't work very well.
