Hi Guys does anyone know where I might a YouTube tutorial for using Marklin Z gauge Flexi track for curves Found lot for Peco but nothing for Marklin anyone have video be good thank you

The Peco and märklin are exactly the same, except the märklin doesn't flex You have to cut the ties on one side of the track ("outer" is better). It us show in the instructions to use a 'box cutter' to make a single cut between each tie where you want to make a flex bend. No notches for straight. Yeah its a pain. Peco Flex is already cut (molded that way) on one side. Peco SL-200 is ~10% cheaper.

Thank you for your reply the track was given to me as for Peco totally agree lot easier and cheaper the marklin Flexi was given to me off an old layout its all a learning curve at my age lol

Warning with Märklin flex : 1) You will have to do VERY MUCH cutting work to bend the track ; in fact what Märklin sells as flex is only a piece of 3 straight tracks ... 2 And if You try to fix the track on wood (I tested with poplar), if the wood is not "hard" enough and You fix the track with nails or push them with too much "force", the ties break very easily ... For those reasons I used Rokuhan, there are large radii (270 mm) with sectional track, without using flex ...
